No. Compliance documents associated with Moonpack products are made available once your order has been validated.
This approach allows us to provide you with the documents that precisely match the references, EAN codes and versions of the products actually ordered and avoids any confusion with another version of the product.
Depending on the product, various documents may be available, including:
- EU Declarations of Conformity;
- technical data sheets;
- certificates;
- other regulatory or technical documents applicable to the product.
Each document may specify its language, date, version number and the relevant references or EAN codes.
The documents are associated with specific products and versions. Secure access through your customer account therefore allows us to display only the documents that actually correspond to the packaging you ordered.
This approach also helps maintain version traceability, preserve access to the documents applicable at the time of your order and protect technical or commercially sensitive information that is not intended to be made public.
