1. Order and accumulate

  • When you place an order, the number of points earned appears under the 'Add to cart' button.

  • The red arrow indicates the number of points your current order will earn you. 

  • The green arrow indicates the total points your entire cart will earn you, taking into account the current order.

What are my points worth?

2. Convert Your Points to Euros

  • 1 euro spent = 1 point earned.

    For example: if you place an order of €89, you automatically earn 89 points.

  • Every 100 points = €1 discount.

    Specifically, if you've accumulated 89 points, you'll get a discount of €0.89 available for your next order.

  • It's simple: The more you order, the more points you earn, and the better your discounts will be on future purchases!

3. Use Your Points on Your Next Orders

  • Log in to your customer account on moonpack.com. 

  • Go to the 'My Rewards' section. 

  • Below the table summarizing your points, simply click to convert your points into a discount voucher (red arrow). 

  • You'll then receive a promo code to enter when placing your next order. It's that simple!
